Customer note sync
The Customer Note Sync setting controls how customer notes are synchronized to sales orders.
How customer note synchronization works
Customers may leave notes during checkout in WooCommerce.
The Customer Note Sync setting controls how customer notes are synchronized to sales orders.
The following options are available:
First Comment Line (default): Synchronizes the customer note as the first comment line on the sales order.
Last Comment Line: Synchronizes the customer note as the last comment line on the sales order.
None: Prevents the customer note from being synchronized to the sales order.
To configure customer note synchronization
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter woocommerce connector setup, and then choose the related link.The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.
If multiple setups exist, select the setup that you want to configure, and then on the action bar, select Manage > Edit.
The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.
On the Posting FastTab, in the Order section, select a value for Customer Note Sync.
